Meat that competes for attention!
Can order by moist or lean! Why not both?
Whole Montana beef packers that are rubbed in Summit BBQs proprietary spice blend. There is guaranteed to be black pepper, garlic powder and salt. IYKYK. Slow smoked till the brisket says I'm done.
It's often we hear that it's the best brisket they've ever had! I want every rancher in Montana to experience the joy! All 2700~ of you all!
Whole briskets upon request.
Dino Ribs are the bone in meat candy of the beef world. My favorite thing to eat!
Slow smoked, citrus, chiles, and pork shoulder that basically swims all day soaking up all the flavor!
Finger licking good! These baby's come sticky or straight up. Always a crowd favorite and all the sticky options!
What is sticky? Allllllllllll that flavorful sticky sauce! Raspberry Chipotle, huckleberry jalapeño, peach, and well most fruits can get sticky!
Straight up means some things are good and juicy as they are and don't need the stick.
Gimme some of that good ole yardbird! Cleanly seasoned, brined, and come in halves, quarters, and thighs!
True story: the Pit Master once turned a hater of BBQ into a fan with a gift of smoked chicken!
The biggun of crowd that gets gobbled up often after the first bite. Sliced thick and bathed in juice and joy.
One of my favorite surprises and makes great sandwiches!
A labor of love! These beef cheeks are smothered in a sauce I learned from Abuelitas. They're deeply seasoned and slow smoked until they become fall apart tender.
Sides are very important!
This stuff makes fans wherever it goes! It's not your potluck salad and it should be.
No taters are harmed with mustard or mayo.
Pinto beans made with 12 spices, layers of flavor and slow boiled until they transform into the perfect compliment for BBQ.
Corn on the cobs smoked and charred that appears to be the front runner for kids favorite side.
Creamed corn and cups of corn are also options.
People love it and pot lucks scarred the pit master for life. This one is on the vinegar side and makes for great toppings!
Had a 20 minute conversation about how people from Iowa do it best. Roadtrip?
Final recipe TBD. This one is important, y'all. That cheese blend can make or break it. Rotini or shells?
Stay tuned for some taste testing events to bring this one to life! You're gonna tell us!
Pit Master has had a rule with roommates to always leave 2 beers and never touch his Mac and cheese. It was from a box and this stuff won't be.
What does a vegetarian get at a BBQ joint? Sides.
Let us know if there are any requests and needs...fruits and veggies are important too!
Heard the ratatouille is legit. Just saying.
Bread, Pickles, Pickled onions, Pickled jalapeños, etc. The standards!
What kind of sauce are we talking about? There have to be at least 20 BBQ sauces across the BBQ culture.
Pit Master thinks he can make most of them and questions what Montana likes. Stay tuned for a taste testing event to bring this to a conclusion!
Something sweet?
Ice Cream. Always have ice cream; pretty sure all of our dairy tolerant parents tell us this.
Pick a flavor, we won't make it and we will do our best to find it.
Served warm with a scoop of locally made vanilla ice cream. <-- great default answer.
Pick a flavor and we will make it happen as pies and cobblers always go well with BBQ!
Pretty sure the pitmaster can actually make good cobblers, it's the pies...just...a whole bag of nope!
Summit BBQ's pit master dreams of being the kind old man that gives them away to bring smiles and joy. These are always free.
Sides and meats fighting for attention. What a wonderful world!
Summit BBQ loves to feed the joy! Please reach out to discuss more!
